Philip Seifi
Co-Founder & CEO, Pona

Philip draws on his interdisciplinary and multicultural background to align design, technology and business objectives. After nine years in edtech, he’s now working to connect families through a marketplace for home-cooked food. He also lends his time to Harvard Alumni for Global Development and has mentored young entrepreneurs at UNDP and startup events around the world.

Zi Xiang (Aco)

Co-Founder, Langit Collective

Zi Xiang co-founded Langit Collective in 2015, a social enterprise that aims to bridge the rural and urban divide by linking subsistence indigenous farming communities to the market. Zi Xiang is an actuary turned social entrepreneur/apprentice farmer. He’s now in the fields working with and learning from the indigenous communities to understand how they have been living sustainably off their ancestral lands and stewarding their environment to provide continuous sustenance. As the world is embarking on precision agritech, Langit Collective is espousing the anti-narrative of food sustainability through indigenous heirloom crops and traditional farming wisdom.

Loh Rachel

Co-Founder, Agrimatch

Rachel is passionate about the intersection of sustainability, business and technology, and wants to help make sure the world doesn’t exist one-third rich and two-thirds hungry. Through AgriMatch, an agri-tech social enterprise founded under the Telenor Youth Forum and Nobel Peace Foundation, we aim to empower farmers by optimising the agri-value chain and combating food insecurity with digital connectivity.

Redza Shahid

Co-Founder & CEO, Grub Cycle

Prior to Grub Cycle, Redza’s accounting background has landed him a 3 years stint at WorleyParsons before eventually using his expertise with numbers to help startups at Qeerad, an Angel Investment company that looks for promising startups to invest in. Not long after, Redza founded Grub Cycle and to date has led the startup in reducing more than 10,000 kgs of food waste while also representing Malaysia in multiple global competitions and programs due to the success of Grub Cycle. He believes in building a sustainable social enterprise ecosystem supported by an active community.
