The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following: - To look out for & open up new sales opportunities with relations to reaching out to potential clients, keeping updated to new grant releases, monitoring grant/sales relevancy. - To develop, implement and execute sales strategies and client service with a mission to reach the sales target, alongside the Business Development team. - To manage, write, and present project proposals, grant applications, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required, alongside the Business Development team. - To work collaboratively with the Marketing team in order to meet sales targets. - To cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. - To ensure an effective lead generation pipeline by actively responding to inbound inquiries. - To conduct creative and innovative market research and identifying potential clients and leads. - To collate and maintain client information in the CRM database. - To support as needed on wider group sales and marketing activities. - To manage secured projects when necessary and work in close collaboration with the Project Team/Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development and/or marketing strategy and execution. - Preferably experience in social businesses - as being part of, or in partnership with. - Bachelor degree in Project Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent English and Malay written and communication skills - Attention to sales opportunities. - Able to think strategically and work independently, yet collaboratively. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospective clients in the language of marketing/creative and innovation insight/brand development. - Strong writing skills especially in the sense of grant & proposal writing. - Extra advantage if you have experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing, graphic designing, an eye for design, and have managed projects & teams before.
