We are looking for a Marketing & Communications person to develop, monitor, and deliver our media strategy, content, dynamic social media engagement, and brand identity.   Core Responsibilities: - Create influential content using a “narrative” approach. Be it English or Malay language content. - Suggest digital organic content campaigns that align with the organizational mission - Oversee social media account posts by proofreading and ensuring proper grammar.  - Active social media engagement and ensuring all resources and content conveyed relevant platforms is updated accordingly. - Community management, engagement and escalation on all brand pages and groups - Oversee and manage content preparation, web design, and web development for Taylor's Me.reka; - Assist with any other tasks as necessary;

Requirements/Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in communications, marketing, international business or any related field - 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management. Do provide a portfolio showcasing past projects for our reference - Excellent command of English and Malay languages - Proficiency in using social media platforms and software (i.e., Intercom, Hootsuite, ContentCal)  - Trained or have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (or related graphic design softwares)
