As a Trainer, the Contractor is responsible to oversee and execute any projects assigned, including but not limited to: 1. Main area: Professional & Customer Service Management 2. Brief of activity: Curating lesson plans as well as teaching the following, but not limited to: 3. Building rapport with customers, tone & body language 4. First impressions and leaving a lasting impression 5. Handling difficult customers 6. Interpersonal skills & team management


Education qualifications: BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in teaching Skills requirement: Familiarity with interactive learning activities Knowledge requirements: Work experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role Abilities & personality needed: Excellent communication and presentation skills
