The Explorer introduced high school students to 21st century careers in rapid prototyping, electronics, fabrication, ethical fashion, sustainability, and content creation.

The Explorer Programme provided the opportunity for students and school-leavers to explore 21st Century career paths in specific industries and skills related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM), Digital Economy and Creative fields.
Participants of the Explorer Programme received hands-on experience of being within the shoes of a professional from the following career paths: Digital Marketing, Product Development, Technology, Fashion, Art, Content Generation, Design, and Energy. 1,000+ youths were trained up until 2019, with 94.1% of participants agreeing that the Explorer Programme has opened up new career options for them and 70.3% stating interest to find out more.
